These are the best eyeshades for both sitting and lying down meditations. The back strap is adjustable with Velcro® for secure positioning. Its light fabric doesn’t leave marks on the hair, unlike elastic straps. The under-eye pillows are separated at the nose for easy adjustment to achieve total blackout. The fabric against the skin is soft and breathable, optimal for contact with the skin, tears and sweat.
