Returns and Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy with free shipping and no restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is accepted, you will receive a label for free shipping the item back to us. Please use the original box whenever possible.

LATE RETURNS
Any item returned after 30 days of receipt is not eligible for refund.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, framed goods or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Check product listing of collaboration products for their return policy.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to start a return (instructions above) and send us an email including the order number and the replacement item of your choice to contact@inemergence.com.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
