It’s been several months and many lifetimes since the last piece—not because I had nothing to share, but because I could not keep up with the changes (both internal and external).
Losing all the inventory, equipment, and packaging during the fires in LA this past January gave me a great opportunity to create with a renewed sense of purpose and leave out anything that no longer resonates or is essential.
There’s a phrase that both my partner and my best friend independently have said to me through the years at the beginning of the day: “Is there anything I can do for you today?” That question, when asked and answered sincerely, brings to light our true interconnectedness and the power we all possess to elevate one another. Giving somebody else the chance to do something for us is a gift to all involved.
In the last few months, I’ve been lifted by others in such diverse ways that it has helped me become more creative in the way I help. I’ve received prayers, money, company, clothes, furniture, manual help, handwritten letters, art collaborations, chants, figurines, coffee and pastries, a place to stay, food, factories extending credit, consultants offering to work for free, Uber drivers connecting me with other passengers, and many more. It has filled my heart, humbled me deeply, and showed me that there’s a gift in receiving, as much as in giving.
A few weeks ago, my beautiful friend Estelle, who texts me from time to time to check in, asked the question: “Is there anything I can do for you?” I told her that I had recently started doing this for another friend: for seven days I deeply meditated and prayed for her, knowing that in the past I was able to produce changes in her life with that practice (something we sometimes do better for others than for ourselves). Right away, Estelle started doing that for me, although I think we’re past seven days and she’s still going. The result? Not just changes in my life, but a ripple of love that others asked to join in. That’s how we lift one another.
There are infinite ways to get to God (or Universal Love, Higher Power, Creative Energy, …). Some people meditate, some pray, others dance, chant, or commune with nature... But we don’t have to go inward to find it, because after all, God is everywhere and in everything. So however we feel connected and elevated, we can elevate another by holding that thought. And if doing this with a stranger or loved one for seven days doesn’t resonate with us, maybe we can feel inspired to ask 'the question' more often and lift another with exactly what they need.
Many changes are coming to INEMERGENCE, but all in divine timing. Thank you for your continued support, and may you be blessed.

Dear Paula,
I was touched by your idea to send love to someone for seven days or more…
I would be happy to do this for someone or receive it myself. Perhaps alternately? Please contact me.
Thank you and a wonderful 2026 for you and your loved ones from Germany
